Click "Create AI Employee" in the left sidebar. You will see a chat interface where the AI wizard is ready to help you.
The AI will ask for the name of your AI employee. Give it a clear, memorable name that your customers will see.
Describe what your AI employee does and how they should behave. The AI will enhance your description automatically into a professional prompt.
Give specific instructions on how the AI should handle conversations — what to say, what to avoid, special rules for your business.
Set the first message customers will receive when they contact your AI on WhatsApp.
Before saving, the AI will show you a preview card with all the enhanced details. You can review everything and confirm or request changes.
Train your AI with your business documents so it knows exactly what to say
You can upload knowledge in many formats. Maximum file size is 25 MB.

In the "Create AI Employee" chat, click the 📎 paperclip icon next to the message box to upload a file directly. The AI will add it to the selected employee's knowledge base.
You can also paste text directly into the chat — product descriptions, FAQs, pricing info. The AI wizard will recognize it and add it as knowledge.
Each AI employee can only have 1 knowledge base. To replace it, ask the AI wizard to delete the old one first.
Link your AI employee to a WhatsApp number so it can serve real customers
In the "Create AI Employee" chat, simply tell the AI you want to connect to WhatsApp. It will show a QR code directly in the chat.
A QR code will appear in the chat with a countdown timer. Open WhatsApp on your phone and scan it:
Once scanned, the QR code disappears and you'll see a success message. Your AI employee is now live on WhatsApp and will automatically respond to every customer message.
You can also go to My Employees in the sidebar, click on an employee, and use the "Connect WhatsApp" button there. This shows the QR code in a dedicated panel.
Forward all AI conversations to a WhatsApp group so your team can track everything
A Monitor Group is a WhatsApp group automatically created by the platform. Every time a customer sends a message and the AI replies, a combined summary is forwarded to this group — so your whole team can see what's happening in real-time.
In the "Create AI Employee" chat, simply say you want a monitor group:

Update your AI anytime through natural conversation — no forms needed
In the "Create AI Employee" page, use the "Working with:" dropdown at the top to select an existing AI employee. The AI wizard will switch to edit mode for that employee.

Click the ⚙️ sliders icon in the top-right of the chat to see the full configuration of the selected AI employee — role, personality, instructions, WhatsApp status, and monitor group status.
Click the 🕐 history icon to see your previous creation/editing conversations with the AI wizard. This helps you track what changes were made and when.
Go to "My Employees" in the sidebar to see all your AI employees in a card view. From here you can:
Toggle an employee on or off without deleting it
Permanently remove an AI employee and all its data
See which employees are connected and their phone numbers
Track every customer interaction and review AI responses
Click "Conversations" in the sidebar to see all customer conversations across all your AI employees. You can filter by employee and view full message threads.
Click on any conversation to see the full message history — what the customer asked and exactly how your AI responded. This helps you:
