We built AIEMPLOYEE because customers already ask for help on WhatsApp—but most teams cannot answer every message instantly, and generic chatbots break trust when they guess wrong.
At RafikiAI Company, we saw owners juggling sales, delivery, and support from one phone. Hiring round-the-clock staff is not realistic for every business; leaving chats unanswered costs revenue and reputation. We wanted a middle path: AI that sounds like your business, grounded in your documents and rules, with a straight path to connect the number you already use.
That is why creation is conversational (you explain the job like you would to a new hire), why knowledge upload is first-class, and why WhatsApp is native—not an afterthought. We are honest about limits: AI should assist humans and stay tied to sources you provide; we designed the product around that.
